This item was ordered in August 2008 and delivery was delayed 4 times and the final delivery date before I cancelled it was January 30th 2009.I was offered this item at a reasonable price but when it became a musthave thing and Amazon could sell it for nearly twice the price my order kept getting delayed but those sold for much more arrived. If this is the way they treat regular customers it will pay to use other suppliers that may value your custom more and treat you better

Just a short note to agree with P. Dean.
I also ordered mine months ago. Every time the "Release Date" approaches, it gets put back. I'm sure there are thousands of similarly disappointed punters out there expecting to get these for Christmas - the only question now is "Which Christmas?".
I had hoped for rather better service than this.

This was released as it is now on pre-order with a release date of 19 September 2008. I ordered mine on 20 August and still haven't seen it. In fact it's been delayed 5 times by Amazon. They say delivery is 19 - 23 Dec which will be 4 months for me. I've got no confidence that anyone ordering now can possibly receive this in time for Christmas with a 4 month backlog of orders. I can't beleive this is still for sale. Very, very disappointing. Tell me this isn't helpful!

Just clicked through as this was in the future releases on Wii from the main page and someone has reviewed it and normally these are really useful, but the product has not even been released yet and its had a 1 star review that is completely useless to me and tells me nothing about the product at all!!

Why would you want to buy this when, for practically the same price, you can get the official balance board and an actual game, Wii Fit?!?
Even if you want the balance board but don't want to play Wii Fit buy the Wii Fit bundle, keep the balance board and use the Wii Fit game disc as a coaster. It makes more sense than buying this!
