3 out of 5 stars Shame about the Camera   July 23, 2010
Ms. Fiona A. Elton (London)
I brought this exercise game a while ago but have had constant problems with the camera. Mainly the camera not 'seeing' my moves, I have put lights on and off, pulled curtains, worn contrasting clothes and still it has trouble making out the moves I do. Much prefer EA trainer.

4 out of 5 stars Did you own Eye Toy: Kinetic (PS 2)?   July 22, 2010
S.A.
If you did, then the difference is not huge. The only thing better in this Wii game is the camera, which is better suited to not-so-well lit environments.

Eye Toy: Kinetic (Unisoft) is more diversified when it comes to fitness training programs. Your Shape is more repetitive.

5 out of 5 stars Your Shape My Shape   June 10, 2010
Mr. P. Fynney (UK)
Brill, does exactly what is says. The voice of the trainer really helps to keep you going.
If you stop it tells you off, it is just like the real thing.

5 out of 5 stars your shape   June 7, 2010
Mr. S. Ahmed
ive had this fitness game for over a month now. it does what its meant to i guess i.e. makes you sweat, tired, feeling that you did a workout etc. however, the fitness regime is very repetitive. same execises for warm up, weights, without weights etc. the execises seem to be all the same when a body area is selected i.e. when you choose to burn or strengthen the chest, the exercises are the same, even when a different body part is chosen the excercises are the same (if you get what i mean). the fitness instructor gets annoying after a few games, selection of different instructors would of been a good idea. the camera works great though. all in all, if you want to get fit and do a good basic daily work out then this is the game

4 out of 5 stars Keeping an eye on yourself   May 28, 2010
Margaret (England)
The camera included in the pack sits on top of the sensor bar. A picture of YOU appears on the TV next to the avatar who is working out.

This is a real motivator - you can actually see what you are doing, and whether you are getting it wrong. You can't cheat on it - it's there before your eyes. It really encourages you to lift your game.

I liked the way that you could choose to work out different areas of the body. At first I was a little concerned that it would be too hard, but it does adjust to your performance by, for example, inserting short rest periods.

If you are SERIOUS about working out you will enjoy this experience.
