Product Description
Includes: Zapper Gun Unlike the evil enemies you fought against in the previous story, in Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, players will fight against the characters' own inner demons. Two of the most popular characters in the series and heroes of the beloved Resident Evil 2, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, will be making their return. Continuing in the survival horror tradition, The Darkside Chronicles will increase the thrills and chills with an enhanced two-player co-op mode where players will be able to follow their partners on the same screen. Their conversations and interactions have also been improved to create a more intense co-op experience. A more terrifying experience than ever before, The Darkside Chronicles combines a shaky and realistic handheld camera experience with an eerie soundtrack and creepy sound effects utilising state-of-the-art technology. - Two-Player Co-Op Shooting: Invite friends and family to experience the horror alongside you in two-player co-op mode.
- Revisit Classic Resident Evil Levels: Experience environments and areas from classic Resident Evil titles such as Raccoon City from Resident Evil 2 and the hidden Umbrella laboratory from Resident Evil: Code Veronica, as well as scenarios that will be all new to The Darkside Chronicles.
- Fan Favourite Characters Return: Play as Leon S. Kennedy, protagonist of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, his partner Claire Redfield, who appeared in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica.
- Customisable Weapons: Players can upgrade and customise their weapons for each battle scenario. Each playable character can be specialised for a specific combat style.
- Dynamic Difficulty: In addition to the initial settings of Easy, Normal and Hard, the game's difficulty level will adjust automatically based on the player's skill level so that both old and ne

RE Dark Chronicles August 24, 2010 elaine77c 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's ok but very similar to umbrella chronicles. Didn't grab me like other resident evil games where you have more control over what happens
Absolute bargain as a bundle pack May 17, 2010 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Wasnt actually bought for me, but my brother was impressed in the bundle pack for its price & he loves the game.
resident evil darkside chronicles March 18, 2010 kevin iv'e only just bought this game and i think its a good blast. iv'e played the other resident evil games, but this one is pretty dam good. but i recommend playing it with the perfect shot wii gun. i also like house of the dead overkill but the darkside chronicles got my vote cause i can play it with the sound up without my misses going on about the swearing like bloody mary whitehouse. excellent game buy it and buy the perfect shot wii gun awsome 10 out of 10 for me
Great shooting game February 28, 2010 Sarah (U.K) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This game has great graphics, tension and surprise attacks from enemies. Unlike the usual strategy/action scenario found in the other games amongst the resident evil series, the storyline is not as strong but this is not a problem for fans of the RE series of games as its nice to see old characters and scenery appear. Two player co-op mode is the best way to defeat enemies as they come thick and fast, the only way to get through it in single player is to master a very accurate head shot to enemies, which provides the expected gore. Overall a great shooting game, no other real skill invlved than be able to aim and shoot at the t.v screen. Not a game for those easily sickened by blood and gore but a satisfying game for those who are not! The wii Zapper is very well made and has a neat cable holder built in but using a wii remote is also fun.
Good arcade style shooter February 14, 2010 Mr. Sohaib Syed (UK) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
good arcade style shooter, easy to pick up and play with anyone. hardcore resident evil fans may want to stay away, especially if you're going to compare it against resident evil 4 (10/10!!) good for what it is
